Original Kimchi
Our Kimchi is 100% handmade - from chopping to packaging. Fresh ingredients come in every morning. We hand-cut it, salt it, de-salt it, and mix it with our own Kimchi blend, then let it ferment for at least two weeks before dispatch.
No preserves, citrus juice, artificials, vinegar, or MSG in our Kimchi, we simply give it the time to it needs. So our Kimchi is 100% natural and 100% vegan - no one misses out!
