Our Kimchi is 100% handmade - from chopping to packaging. Fresh ingredients come in every morning. We hand-cut it, salt it, de-salt it, and mix it with our own Kimchi blend. Then we let it ferment for at least two weeks before dispatching.

Nothing artificial goes into our Kimchi - no preserves, no citrus juice, no vinegar, no MSG. We just give it time. Our kimchi is 100% handmade, 100% natural, 100% vegan.

Why a plastic pouch?

Kimchi is an alive product, and due to the continuous fermentation, the natural gas created by the fermentation will damage a glass jar.

 

The pouch we use is specially developed for Kimchi to prevent this issue and keep the healthy bacteria and freshness of Kimchi for longer. It is made with recyclable plastic so please wash and dry it and put in a recycling bin.

Our Original Kimchi is packed full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Since it's naturally fermented, it's also a natural probiotic meaning it aids digestion and promotes overall gut health.
