This Korean rice cake is made with rice only purely, it is perfect to make spicy Tteokbboki (stir-fried rice cake) or Tteok-gochi (rice cake skewer). Tteokbboki is the most popular street food in Korea, it is a simple, humble but tasty snack or meal. There is a ton of great recipe online, but the basic is to stir fry the rice cake with Gochujang (chilli paste) or Soy sauce.
