There are many variations of rice cake in Asia, but this Korean rice cake is mostly for savoury meals - work like pasta or noodle. You can stir fry this or if you want to try a more traditional way, drop some of this onto a big bowl of soup, just like Ramen but without noodle. Koreans often eat this in soup with some dumplings too.
