Pork Jeyuk over Multigrain rice

Thinly sliced, lean pork neck marinated in Gochujang & apple blend then stir-fried with kimchi, caramelised onions and courgette. A classic popular lunch menu in Korea.  


Ingredients - Pork, onion, scallions, gochujang chilli, soy sauce, sugar, sesame, pepper, apple, garlic, ginger. courgette, kimchi, onions
