This spicy and aromatic Mapo Tofu is a traditional, comfortable Chinese dish that has all the tastes in the dish: spicy, salty, sweet, sour, tangy, bitter, and of course 'Mala'.


Our version of Mapo tofu is vegan, made with silken tofu, toban djan (fermented soybeans), peanut chilli oil, aubergine, chickpeas, broccoli, onions, and some coriander. Mapo Tofu is served with a bed of multigrain rice (pearl barley, brown rice, shortgrain rice, millet). Very addictive taste...
