Japanese curry is not as spicy as Indian curry, but it has more delicate flavours with lots of umami from roasted vegetables. This curry dish comes with a pack of multigrain rice, pickled onions, and lightly battered and fried lotus roots, baby corn, tender stem broccoli, butternut squash - which can be heated up using the oven & microwave separately to be nice and crispy. take about 15 minutes.
