Lovely Bom Sanche Namul 산채나물 (Sansai in Japanese) ranges have just arrived in our kitchen from our friend Alex @Singing Frogs Gardens.

Gosari (Warabi in Japanese) 고사리 is probably the most popular 'Namul' (wild, mountain vegetable) in Korea. You can simply simmer/stir fry it to make Namul, or spicy beef soup (Yukgyejang). In Japanese cookery, you can make Mochi with it or very popular for light ponzu salad!
