Dried Bracken, Gosari (100g) is one of the popular Namul (wild vegetables) in Korea. 


You can soak this in water and simply stir fry it with a bit of garlic, salt, and sesame oil - serve with rice. Because of its beefy texture, it is a popular ingredient among vegetarians. Another popular recipe using this Gosari is Yukgyejang, a beef stew dish.
