Chicken Dakgalbi over Multigrain rice
A classic Korean dish that even has an entire festival is organized each year in its honour. Marinated chicken stir fried with vegetables and light soy, rice wine glaze and served with healthy & nutritious multigrain rice.
Ingredients - Chicken thighs, carrots, sweet potatoes, scallions, onions, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame, pepper, garlic, ginger.
