Baek kimchi(180g), as known as White Kimchi is one of the traditional varieties of kimchi from Korea. This kimchi is made without Gochukaru (sundried chilli flakes) and it has milder, cleaner flavours than the original. 


Our Baek Kimchi is made with natural ingredients only, no adding vinegar or acid, purely salt, water and time. It has been fermented for a month before packing.
