Aubergine Jjajang over Multigrain rice 


Jjajang is a very famous Korean-style Chinese dishes topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang, ‘black soybean paste’, diced aubergine, and vegetables.

Ingredients - Aubergine, chickpeas, potatoes, courgette, cabbage, black bean paste, onions, sesame
